Context
I have worked as a developer at EVAG since April 2024, on work involving systems, websites, maintenance, and solving operational problems through software.
Operational problem
Internal support demands needed organization, traceability, and flow. The answer was a software solution dedicated to that process.
The solution
An internal request management solution integrated with GitLab, built to support the organization, traceability, and flow of support demands. The solution has a public access URL, but that does not make its data, internal workflows, or client information public.
My contribution
My role is in developing the solution, including its GitLab integration. This account delimits my part of the work — it does not imply sole authorship of the product or all its decisions.
Operational value
The value is qualitative: organized, traceable demands with flow supported by the GitLab integration. This account contains no percentages, volumes, or time, adoption, or productivity metrics — only what has been confirmed about the process.
Evidence and limitations
The public URL identifies the solution; presenting it requires neither access to authenticated areas nor exposure of data. Internal architecture, security, business rules, and implementation details remain outside the public account until confirmed and authorized for sharing.
